ABOUT US
Founded in 2018, HEAL THE WOUNDED FOUNDATION serves marginalized groups, such as the Black Community, Caucasian and Immigrants in Canada, - in various areas of social & economic development. The organization also operates at an international level in similar projects.
We feel that, communities that immigrated to Canada from the global south are foreign to the ways of economic education and the social advancement system in Canada and therefore, at HEAL THE WOUNDED FOUNDATION we took the initiative to help them navigate it through.

Our tremendous impact to the community lies in our core values of continuous passion & dedication to seeing our mission accomplished, by strategically & diligently working on projects that suites the need of the people we serve.

WHAT WE DO
We identify issues our communities face and continuously seek to partner with other organizations saving Black and other marginalized communities such as Indigenous, and develop programs in these areas.
​
At the moment, we are working on improving and unifying services provided to these communities so that they target to meet the needs of individual challenges.
​
Such programs are in employment services, education and economic capacity building- including financial literacy
advice/education. We are also in a process of creating a credit union as part of our efforts to economically empower our communities.

Feeling like there are countless pressing issues that no single program could make a marked difference? Our International, National & Local Empowerment initiative has proven to be a powerful tool for HEAL THE WOUNDED FOUNDATION to successfully serve our community and improve countless lives.

Through our Capacity Building program, we have the potential to make real and positive change., both socially & economically. This is one of our key areas of focus here at HEAL THE WOUNDED FOUNDATION, and a source of much success for our organization.
